Group - as HR Chief, Director
(HR) and Executive Vice President
(HR). To acquire the consulting
and facilitating skills he served
the Centre for Organization Development
(COD) as a professor.
He authored 9 Management Books and 6 on Spirituality. He is a recipient of 'AIMA' award 1995-96 as the author of ‘The Brave New Manager’ published by Tata McGraw-Hill and 'ISTD' award 2005-06 for his book 'Corporate Soul'. His articles were published in the professional journal of American Society for Training & Development. He has floated his company ‘Intellects’ to challenge the status-quo and the academic consultants who dominate the consulting domain by learning the recipes from the cookbooks. “Those who fought the battles themselves should only teach the art of winning the battles and those who managed change should alone teach ‘How change is managed! ” This is his neat belief. Farrukh
Khan, Director (Business Strategies), Intellects Biz. Mr. Farrukh Khan, Director (Business Strategies) of Intellects Biz. He is also an entrepreneur – as Senior Consultant of Frank & Holm Consulting, a start-up venture devoted to consulting in Marketing Services, Education Services and Franchising. He is a Post-Graduate in Electronics and Management. Mr. Khan has over 18 years of professional experience in development of entrepreneurship through franchising for companies in India and abroad. He devoted most of his time in propagation of network of professional training schools. This been his core competency, passion and profession, he has operated not only from India but also from many countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Nigeria and Russia for NIIT, APTECH, CMS computers, Informatics and Agio Group. Mr.Khan is closely associated with professional IT training industry; he has served as Hon. Secretary of (NACTT) National Association of Companies for Technology Training, besides being Expert member on Engineering and Technology Group with CIVE (Central Institute Of Occasional Education) NCERT- Govt. of India. He has been IT Advisor to Jigawa State Government, Nigeria where he was instrumental in bringing People and IT together, through Mass IT Literacy Drive. He is recipient of many awards, which include “ All India Indira Gandhi- Excellent Manager Award” for the excellence in industry for the year 1996. He is one such rare professional who devoted and dedicated his professional life for Franchising. No wonder he is nick named ‘Mr. Franchise Khan’. |

She forms the backbone in program designing and implementation. She is widely travelled that adds to her experience. She occupies an important position on Intellec'ts board as Director Marketing. |
